Order

Who can order?

You can order in the shop as a registered user. As a business customer, you can register with us and you will then receive a customer number and your access to the shop.

Can I order as a guest?

You can put your desired products in the inquiry basket and send us your inquiry. We will then send you an offer by email.

Why can't I put products in the shopping cart?

Please log in to be able to add products to the shopping cart. If you still cannot do this after registering, please contact us. Either by using the contact form, by email to sales@fahrion.de or call us on +49 (0) 7184 92 82-0 (workdays / Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).

Why am I not shown any prices on the products?

How do I understand the stated delivery time?

Please also see Shipping and Payment Methods.
The delivery time for the products shows the time until we are expected to dispatch the goods to you and not when you hold the goods in your hands. That means the transport time of the service provider, e.g. UPS, is always added.

Orders received before 2 p.m. can be processed on the same day. You will receive the binding delivery time (excluding transport time) in the order confirmation, which you will receive from us after the order has been confirmed by the shop.

Shipping

How much are the shipping costs?

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is € 50 in Germany and € 100 outside of Germany per order (net).
Orders with lower amounts can be carried out. The difference is then charged as a minimum quantity surcharge. This is shown transparently in the shopping cart.

How do you ship?

Unless otherwise agreed with you, we ship in Germany via UPS Standard.

Is there express delivery?

Yes, we offer an express service. If you are interested, please contact us by phone on +49 (0) 7184 92 82-0 (working days / Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). Here we will clarify the details with you.

When will I get the products?

The delivery time + transport time of UPS or the transport company specified for the products or subsequently in the order confirmation.

Can I enter a different delivery address in the shop for an order?

Yes, you can specify a different delivery address directly in the order or in your customer account. This remains valid for 1 day. If you want to change your master address in general, please contact us.

Can I change my address master data in the shop?

Not in the shop, but we would be happy to change it for you. Please contact us with your change requests. Either by using the contact form, by email to sales@fahrion.de or call us on +49 (0) 7184 92 82-0 (workdays / Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).

Which payment methods are available?

Which shipping methods are there?

Is it possible to collect it myself?

Yes. Ordered items can be picked up at the earliest 2 hours (and only if they are available "from stock") after ordering and when you have registered. Absolutely necessary for this: Please contact us directly by phone and register on +49 (0) 7184 92 82-0 (workdays / Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). We will then clarify the details with you.

Are there partial deliveries?

Yes. If not all products are available, the missing products will be delivered to you. You will receive all the necessary information in your order confirmation.

How can I return items

Returns can only be accepted with a valid return number.
To do this, fill out the form here. For all further details, please refer to the description contained therein.

Can i cancel?

Miscellaneous

I have a question about an item. Who can answer this for me?

Perhaps the answer is already on the item detail page. Have a look right away. If this is not the case, you can send us your question directly via “Question about the article?”. We will take care of your request and get back to you as soon as possible with an answer.

Can I see which DIN / ISO Form B it is?

Yes. You can see this on the item details page above the item number.

Can I send someone an article as a recommendation?

Yes. With "Tell a friend" on the article detail page you can send the article to the desired person by email.
